Forum: Buggy encoding in "File Not Found URLs"

On the "File Not Found URLs" page I've recognized that the given URLs have some encoding issues. One example:

Input URL: /scs_exe
Output URL: ?/scs_?exe
Input (HEX): 2F 73 63 73 5F 65 78 65
Output (HEX): E2 80 8B 2F 73 63 73 5F E2 80 8B 65 78 65

As you can see, the values 0xE2 0x80 0x8B are added in front of the "/" and "_" character. This effect does not occur on the original AWStats page.

PS: The W3C Validator shows 67 errors and 2 warnings for the generated HTML page.
